VP Equity Derivatives Lawyer

Our client, a Global Bank, are looking for a VP Equity Derivatives Lawyer to join their Legal team based in London.

Responsibilities below:

• Development and implementation of best practice legal strategies to manage compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Legal advice and support to the business units
• Subject matter support in the Legal department's representation of the bank in legal proceedings
• Creation and review of legal documents for the business units

Previous experience within Derivatives Law is essential.
