Manufacturing Technician - Mayo

Morgan Mckinley are currently working with our client; a cutting-edge biopharma site as they are actively hiring for a number of Manufacutring Technicians/Operators. Staffed around the clock on a 12‑hour rotating shift pattern (days, nights and weekends, soon expanding to true 24/7 coverage), the site fosters close collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations teams.

Drive the clinical‑stage production of novel biologics in a state‑of‑the‑art, aseptic environment. You'll:

• Perform sterile compounding, filtration & filling

• Prepare batches (vial washing, sterilisation, area setup)

• Monitor environmental conditions and uphold GMP/SOP standards

• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Engineering & Supply Chain

You have:

• Level 6+ qualification in a relevant discipline

• 12-18 months' aseptic manufacturing or med‑device experience

• Cleanroom proficiency (Grade C/D or ideally A/B)

• Flexible attitude for 12‑hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends)
