Are you a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience delivering Workday implementations? Join a high-profile transformation program with a leading healthcare organisation that's focused on optimising its HR and finance systems for future growth.
We're looking for a Business Analyst who brings deep experience in process improvement, vendor engagement, budget management and data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape the future of enterprise systems in a purpose-led, people-focused environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive the requirements gathering process for the Workday implementation across HR, Finance and related functions
- Analyse and improve end-to-end business processes to support future-state operating models
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to document current state and define future state processes
- Support the evaluation and selection of third-party vendors and systems integrators
- Monitor and track budget expenditure, providing insights and reporting as needed
- Work closely with data teams to ensure integrity and quality of data migration and reporting structures
- Act as a liaison between business units, project teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
As the successful candidate, you will offer:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on a Workday implementation
- Strong understanding of process mapping, improvement methodologies and business case development
- Experience in vendor selection, commercial assessment and contract review
- Skilled in budget tracking and financial reporting within a project context
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong data literacy - able to understand, interpret and contribute to data architecture and migration plans
- Exposure to healthcare, or a similarly highly regulated sector is desirable
