This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integrations professional to be a part of a large ERP transformation program.
The purpose of the ERP Integration Lead is to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop a
comprehensive ERP integration architecture and design that aligns with the business goals, emphasising
data accuracy, security, and real-time synchronisation. The Integration Lead will oversee and manage the
integration of various software systems, applications, and technologies with the new ERP platform.
Responsibilities:
* Provide specialised leadership in the ERP Program team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes, data and integration needs, and translate them into scalable, reusable and efficient solution designs.
* Ensure the development of solution architecture documentation, including integration solutions, architecture models, integration design specifications, and create or reuse existing integration patterns.
* Responsible for the design of integration solutions including functional, data, security and systems analysis of complex processes.
* Conduct peer review of other integration solution architects' designs and engineers to ensure consistent methodologies are followed and to make recommendations where necessary.
* Participate effectively in governance forums as required
* Ensure that development meets high-quality standards including establishing and enforcing quality control processes and standard.
* Ensure engineering methodologies, tools, and practices (e.g. principles, standards, patterns and policies) that drive consistency and best practice across the organisation.
* Coordinate the provision of out-of-hours support, especially during 'go-live' periods and may be required to attend after hours or during weekends to assist the team during Changes that occur outside of the normal working day or to assist in any P1 or P2 incidents.
Requirements:
* Experience designing and developing integration solutions with appropriate application of various enterprise integration approaches.
* Excellent communciation skills to manage technical and business stakeholders
* Proficiency in creating architectural artefacts, such as architecture models, specifications, and design patterns.
* Experience creating integration solution designs with appropriate application of integration capabilities such as APIs, pub/sub messaging, events and ETL considering the various available platform strengths.
* Extensive experience in leading and managing agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, modelling techniques and solution design methodologies.
* Demonstrated technical delivery experience using capabilities such as:
a) Boomi AtomSphere - Integration and API Management
b) AWS native data streaming, APIs and microservices
