An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant to join a leading healthcare company on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to enhance their technical accounting skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely financial outcomes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and controls.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to assist decision-making.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.
• 2+ years' experience in financial accounting, ideally in a healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
