We're looking for a skilled Integration Developer to join a 12-month CRM and marketing automation transformation program. You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end data migration and integration solutions across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Marketo platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business and technical requirements.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Specialists, and Functional SMEs to define data mapping rules and resolve data quality issues.

Develop and execute Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Support multiple test migration cycles, performing data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM and marketing systems efficiently and securely.
About You:

Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects, ideally within large-scale CRM or marketing automation transformations.

Strong understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud data structures.

Hands-on experience with Marketo data migration, integration, and reconciliation.

Proficiency in Python for scripting and data transformation; SQL experience highly regarded.

Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills in fast-paced, agile environments.
