Responsibilities:
* Support the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions that connect diverse systems, databases, and applications, ensuring data accuracy and real-time synchronisation.
* Implement integration solutions using appropriate tools, middleware, and protocols while adhering to established standards.
* Perform thorough testing and validation of integration solutions to identify and resolve issues, ensuring data integrity and adherence to quality standards.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during integration work to maintain optimal system performance, and report status and resolutions.
* Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes and solutions for future reference and improvements.
* Identify opportunities to enhance integration efficiency, optimise data exchange, and stay updated with emerging integration technologies.
* Provide expert technical support to resolve integration-related issues, minimise disruptions, and optimise system performance.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in integration with BOOMI
* Balancing the intricacies of different systems and platforms to achieve seamless and efficient data interchange.
* Ensuring that integration solutions remain scalable and performant as data volumes and user demands grow can be a continuous challenge. Performance bottlenecks may emerge, affecting the user experience and operational efficiency.
* Work with diverse stakeholders and navigate organisational dynamics with the goal to balance stakeholder requirements with integration priorities and organisational objectives.
