Drive and support the rollout of payment operations projects within the region.
Implement new payment solutions and tailor them to meet local branch requirements.
Act as the local point of contact for all payment operations matters.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including validation, issue tracking, and defect resolution.
Support escalation management, working across teams to ensure swift resolution of operational issues.
Prepare and deliver management reporting, escalating risks and issues as required.
Analyse existing operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide subject matter expertise and post-implementation support across the region.
Deliver operational readiness activities including training, updates to desktop procedures, and go-live preparation.
Proven experience in banking or financial services operations, ideally with exposure to payment systems.
Solid background in project coordination, operational readiness, and UAT execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and communicate across all levels.
Process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative regional team.
