As a Principal Consultant specialising in Insurance, you will be a content expert and a day-to-day leader on complex client engagements. Working closely with our Partners, you will:
- Lead and Deliver Impactful Projects: Take ownership of project execution, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. You will leverage our best practices, your deep insurance expertise, and the firm's extensive technical capabilities.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Build strong, trusted relationships with senior insurance clients, acting as a thought leader who guides and influences their strategic thinking. You will be recognized as an expert in key insurance content areas.
- Drive Business Growth: Actively identify new and expanded business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our Insurance practice.
- Develop Cutting-Edge Intellectual Capital: Create impactful thought leadership on critical insurance topics, contributing to the firms reputation as a leader in the financial services sector. You will stay ahead of industry trends and develop perspectives on adjacent areas.
- Develop and Mentor Talent: Manage and develop the capabilities of junior consulting staff, fostering their growth and contributing to a high-performing team.
- Collaborate on Complex Analysis: Contribute your deep insurance knowledge to the execution of project modules, including hypothesis development, data management, model creation, and the generation of actionable insights from primary and secondary research.
- Support Partner Engagement: Provide crucial support to our Partner group in project delivery through rigorous and insightful case execution.
- Engage with Executive Clients: Build and nurture strong relationships with executive-level clients, confidently presenting findings to diverse audiences and working collaboratively with day-to-day client teams and other stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly driven and accomplished professional with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record of delivering impactful results. You will bring:
- Extensive Insurance Expertise: A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant Financial Services experience with a significant focus on the insurance sector, gained within a large international insurance company, strategic consulting, or professional services.
- Proven Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting teams or work streams to achieve goals effectively within set timelines.
- Exceptional Strategic Problem-Solving: A strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills and the ability to apply them to complex insurance challenges.
- Outstanding Communication and Presence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and credibility to share ideas effectively with senior insurance executives.
- Top-Tier Academic Background: An undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
