Your Mission:
- Protect and Preserve: Support the implementation of the robust Risk and Compliance Frameworks to safeguard our operations.
- Analyse and Assess: Conduct thorough reviews of business processes to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Drive Improvement: Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Controls Assurance: Conduct regular testing and assessments of internal controls.
- Risk Management: Maintain and update the Risk and Obligations registers to effectively manage and mitigate risks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics to identify trends and inform risk-based decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for management and the board on risk and compliance matters.
