    A leading engineering company is seeking a dynamic and motivated project leader in the finance space to drive digital transformation.

    About the role

    This is a highly visible role where you will work across departments to implement impactful changes that enhance efficiency, data analytics, and long-term business value. You will spearhead key system replacement and process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage finance-related process changes linked to system replacements and digital transformation projects.
    • Act as project manager, coordinating across Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation.
    • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to support change management and adoption across departments.
    • Consolidate and analyse input from various teams to inform process, structure, and workflow adjustments.
    • Provide regular project updates to management and key stakeholders, including organizing meetings and follow-ups.
    • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and digital solutions.
    • Support the Finance Manager in executing project plans and ensuring long-term sustainability of project benefits.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
    • At least 3+ years of experience in project management or process improvement roles.
    • Proven track record in leading or supporting finance-related system or digital transformation projects.
    • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles; experience with system replacement is a plus.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in both English and Chinese.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term impact.
