Technical Lead - FullStack & AI, 12 months contract

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor relations while collaborating with business users and technology teams for system design and implementation.
• Create prototypes to visualize business ideas and engage in new project initiatives.
• Conduct evaluations of new solutions and products, along with various system analysis and support tasks for applications/infrastructure.
• Define and implement change management strategies and communication plans.

Skills Reqd

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Min 7 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Hands-on experience with technologies including Next.js, React, Python, Java or .Net, as well as tools like Linux, Docker, and various databases (PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of concepts related to Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases, along with familiarity with development tools such as VSCode and Jupyter Notebook.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
