• Work together to refine stakeholder needs and develop a clear scope of work with well-defined outcomes.
• Oversee project progress, manage documentation, track time and costs, and assess resource profiles and dependencies, while fostering a diverse and collaborative environment.

• Over 10 years of practical experience in IT project management and software/product delivery, successfully managed large-scale projects.
• Experience in delivering transformation programs, which is a valuable asset.
• Skilled in using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage projects effectively.
• Excellent at communicating with a variety of stakeholders and technology teams, simplifying complex ideas so they are easily understood.
• Hold key project management certifications, including PMP and Agile/Scrum Master.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
