Key Responsibilities
- Strive to achieve individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing and retaining existing portfolio of Medium Enterprise customers , while keeping within acceptable risk parameters with a focus on Network Business.
- Collaborate with other Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Team Managers, Segment Heads, as well as colleagues in CDD teams and partners in Risk, Compliance, other support functions, and Product.
- Understand client needs, tailor and promote products accordingly.
- Share with clients the product suite (ie. Trade Services, Lending, Cash Management and Wealth).
- Prepare credit proposals and loan applications for customers.
- Participate in client acquisition events to expand clientele base.
Skills and requirements
- University Graduate
- 5 + years of relevant experience in serving business/commercial/corporate clients and track record in new-to-bank client acquisition.
- Strong product knowledge on Trade, Cash Management, Lending and FX.
- Strong understanding of local industries, supply/value chains and market environment.
- Well-versed in operational procedures & documentation relating to commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of Financial Statement and Credit Analysis
- Experience servicing international businesses under the cross-border context.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
