    Position: Customer Care Consultant (1-Year Fixed Term Contract)

    Location: Shenton Way, Singapore

    Work arrangement: Full work onsite

    What You Will Do

    • Provide professional and courteous service to customers via inbound calls.
    • Assist customers with inquiries, transactions, and account-related questions.
    • Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
    • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and requests professionally.
    • Promote and cross-sell company products and services when appropriate.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve service quality and performance targets.
    • Support process improvements and participate in team initiatives.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent telephone etiquette.
    • Resilient, resourceful, and motivated with a positive attitude.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, or Tamil is a plus.
    • Experience in a contact center environment, especially within the financial or insurance industry, is preferred.
    • Minimum Nitec or Diploma qualification.
    • Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Tech-savvy, especially for mature workers.
    • Ability to pass the required certification papers (BCP, PGI, and CommGI) within the first month, with training provided.
    • Willing to work during training and onboarding period without planned leave.
