- Provide administrative support to the business development team

- CBD Area / Hybrid work arrangement (4 Days in office 1 Day working from home)
- Min 1-2 years of administrative/ coordination experience within financial industry
- 6 months contract (Renewable/ Convertible)
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and travel.
Maintaining accurate records and databases.
Preparing and distributing reports and materials.
Supporting client relationships and internal operations.
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
Min 1-2 years of administrative or coordination experience in banking/ financial industry
Experience in supporting Sales/ Business development team is highly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
