Job Responsibilities
- Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on network infrastructure projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Review and update forward and reverse logistics process flows and documentation.
- Engage with team members to build and report KPIs/metrics on a monthly basis.
- Support vendor onboarding, invoice validation and unblock any account payables.
- Coordinate with sourcing and procurement on new purchase orders, validate the accuracy against bill-of-materials/requirements.
- Support new vendor transition and implementation in existing operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with min 4 -6 years of experience in supply chain , logistics operations from tech companies, data center suppliers or network suppliers
- Project or Program management experience
- Data analytics experience, Good proficiency in Excel, hands-on knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
