    This is a strong opportunity to join a global leader in corporate travel management as an Account Manager based in Tokyo. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing corporate client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, strong retention, and continuous account expansion.     Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, building trusted and long-term relationships
    • Conduct regular performance and business reviews to optimise clients' corporate travel programmes
    • Analyse travel and expense data to prepare insights and recommendations for client review meetings
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client issues efficiently
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and present value-added services
    • Leverage client feedback and data insights to refine account strategies and align with client objectives

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or sales
    • Industry experience in corporate travel, BTM/TMC, tech/SaaS, hospitality, airlines, or consulting preferred
    • Proven ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and engage with senior decision-makers
    • Strong experience using data and insights to support client recommendations
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
    • Client-focused, results-driven mindset
    • Ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level or Fluent
    • English: Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience supporting multinational or global corporate clients
    • Familiarity with corporate travel management systems or platforms
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
