Manage global stakeholders, collaborate internationally, and drive impactful quality improvements in a dynamic and cross-functional environment. Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage physical indicators of activities.
- Develop and coordinate quality improvement plans following product line and group guidelines.
- Promote quality culture with site quality manager.
- Ensure implementation of QRQC and support 5-axis improvement plans.
- Manage quality networks within activities and ensure timely FTA/PDCA actions.
- Support P0 quality PTM in P1 launch teams and verify 4M compliance in corrections.
- Handle incidents with suppliers and customers, support analysis teams, and contribute to warranty activities.
Required skills
- Experience in People Management.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Experience in quality management for automotive parts.
Preferred skills
- In addition to the Japanese factory, communication with overseas factories will also be required, so experience in managing stakeholders across global regions is a plus.
