Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive system development from initial requirements to production deployment.
- Collaborate with international teams and vendors across multiple projects in English.
- Engage in end-to-end development processes for complex banking systems.
- Create technical documentation and design specifications.
- Manage cross-functional international technology initiatives.
- Utilize Japanese skills internally with the engineering and business teams.

Required skills
- Minimum 3 years application development or project management experience
- 5+ years programming experience, any language, Python, Java, C++ are a plus
- Intermediate English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative environments
- Foundational software development capabilities and understanding of Waterfall and Agile development processes
- Understanding of application development methodologies
- Adaptability across development frameworks
