Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support investment transaction processes from origination to completion.
• Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities in Japan and across global markets.
• Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive M&A and PMI activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an investment bank, private equity fund, or strategic consulting firm based in Japan.
• Hands-on experience in M&A or post-merger integration (PMI) is essential.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in high-performing teams.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level fluency (spoken and written).
• English: Intermediate to business-level proficiency.
