Roles/Responsibilities
- Customer Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular contact, offering financial products and insurance.
- Event and Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing to organize vehicle displays and F&I campaigns to promote financial products and attract customers.
- Contract Management: Oversee the expiration of lease/finance and insurance contracts, handle inquiries, and manage renewals.
- Sales Support: Assist with vehicle orders, present financial products, and support sales through showroom visits to meet individual and corporate client needs.
- Customer Service and Goal Management: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, set and execute strategies for achieving sales goals, and utilize systems for efficiency.
Required skills
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience, preferably in finance, insurance, or sales (automotive industry).
Preferred skills
- Quick learning ability for digital tools and back-office systems.
