Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed sales targets by acquiring new client logos within your territory
Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to deal closure-with structured cadence
Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships to maximize account value
Identify new business opportunities across syndicated data and consulting solutions
Create and execute territory and account development plans
Apply effective communication, sales, and negotiation techniques to drive results
Collect and share client feedback to improve service value and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in large B2B environments
Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharma Intelligence, or Consulting
Experience working in global organizations (minimum 5 years)
Technical & Soft Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong data analysis skills to support strategic client decisions
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, independent or team setting
Language Requirements
Japanese: Fluent
English: Fluent (Business-level proficiency)
