Business Analyst (Temp-to-Perm)

World renowned consultancy looking for a bilingual Business Analyst. Must be in Japan and speak business level Japanese!

Roles/Responsibilities

• Identify needs for transforming audit work and support auditors in Audit DX, and define functional and non-functional requirements, translating business issues into clear technical specifications as user stories.
• Diagram and document requirements using frameworks like operation flow, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, and Fit & Gap, ensuring effective communication with developers and clients to adjust scope and resolve issues.
• Propose solutions and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) in collaboration with data scientists and developers, incorporating the latest technology and audit trends to deliver high-quality functionalities within the timeframe.

Required skills

• Over 3 years of experience in analyzing and improving business processes in IT projects, consulting for business efficiency, and creating client materials and discussion papers.
• Effective communication skills, understanding different roles and expectations within and outside the company, with the ability to structure and visualize discussions logically.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency (Japanese for clients, English for internal communication).
