- Serve as the primary customer contact, collecting quality information and reporting customer requirements.
- Monitor product quality at customer assembly sites and market performance.
- Maintain and track quality issues in the Traceability System (QSYS).
- Participate in conference calls and customer meetings, reporting on progress.
- Support Flawless Launch Activities, ensuring customer confidence in quality management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese with fluent English communication skills.
- Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in quality management or customer support within the automotive industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a global team and build long-term customer relationships.
