Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop short- and mid/long-term business strategies, hypothesis testing, and KPI design.
- Support business strategy execution by working closely with the division head and strategy office head.
- Develop strategies with a broad perspective to achieve goals quickly and effectively.
- Design KPIs, create monitoring reports, and set up meeting structures.
- Communicate with business unit leaders to set and adjust action plans.
Required skills
- Ability to formulate and execute business plans and strategies.
- Capable of providing structured, strategic recommendations to the management team.
- Skilled in facilitating smooth communication with relevant departments.
Preferred skills
- Experience in leading business planning and management strategy in organizations of over 100 people.
- Experience in evolving and growing new business models from 0 to 1, and 1 to 10.
- Experience in overseeing and structurally managing business operations, leading fast-paced business execution.
