Lead and shape client onboarding and KYC frameworks for a growing global financial services organization.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead KYC and client onboarding operations and enhance the existing KYC frameworks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry policies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business expansion and client growth initiatives.
- Oversee BAU processes while driving strategic projects, handling ad-hoc requests, and managing regulatory interactions.
- Ensure high standards in client onboarding, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Required skills
- Fluent proficiency both in Japanese and English is required.
- 5 + years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance related positions at global financial services firms.
Preferred skills
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Project leadership skills in financial services.
