Roles/Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of external communications strategy in Japan
- Lead CSR initiatives that engage employees and strengthen our community impact
- Create and distribute compelling brand content across various media channels
- Drive internal communications to embed our vision, mission, and values throughout the organization
- Serve as the primary communications liaison during crisis situations
- Build and maintain media relationships through strategic events and ongoing engagement
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to share best practices and enhance company's presence
Required skills
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare industry PR experience
- Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration and advocacy
- Proven expertise in digital communications, including social media management

- Strong content creation abilities across multiple platforms (web, video, presentations)
- Excellence in storytelling and script writing
- Skilled at conducting meaningful interviews and creating engaging narratives
