About the job
As a Bilingual Project Manager, you will lead digital and creative projects for a world-class global production agency headquartered in New York. This role focuses on managing automotive-related digital initiatives, coordinating between global and local stakeholders, and ensuring seamless collaboration across creative and development teams. You will act as a key bridge between international standards and local execution in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage automotive-related digital and creative projects from planning through delivery
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute project goals on schedule
- Coordinate across creative, design, and development teams to ensure project alignment
- Track project progress, budgets, and timelines with a high level of accuracy
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ensure global standards are met while supporting effective local execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience managing digital or creative projects in a professional environment
- Strong background in stakeholder management, budget tracking, and schedule control
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams, including creative and technical teams
- Advertising agency or production agency experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with creative tools and content workflows such as Figma or Adobe Suite is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Confident communicator, able to engage directly with senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining project quality
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
