Roles/Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot web applications.
- Create and maintain REST APIs with robust architecture and documentation.
- Ensure high code quality through JUnit testing and code reviews.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams of 5+ members in waterfall-style projects.
- Manage large-scale projects (15+ man-months) from planning to delivery.
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot web application development.
- Proven expertise in REST API design, development, and JUnit testing.
- Hands-on experience with code review processes and best practices.
- Strong leadership in managing and mentoring teams of 5+ members.
- Proficiency in managing waterfall projects with large-scale deliverables.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with ecommerce or high-traffic system development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
- Experience working in multicultural environments or teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
