Roles/Responsibilities
- As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the growth and well-being of our employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and development.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional growth and development.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing more than 20 people.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
