Hotel Development Analyst

A global hospitality company is seeking a Development Analyst to support growth initiatives in Japan. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with regional leaders, analyze business opportunities, and contribute to the company's strategic expansion.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts, presentations, and agreements to support strategic projects.
• Coordinate development activities and ensure alignment with company procedures.
• Analyze data and prepare materials to aid in decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify and assess growth opportunities.
• Provide administrative support and oversee reporting for ongoing projects.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
