In this role, you will lead field operations teams, drive performance excellence, and strengthen interviewer capabilities through training, coaching, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management for Executive Interviewer and Relationship Development Executive teams.
- Develop interviewer role profiles, evaluate skill gaps, and implement targeted training programs.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct quality evaluations through interview recordings and live call monitoring while providing continuous coaching.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance reports to ensure teams meet commercial targets.
- Share best practices across field operations and escalate challenges while proposing solutions.
- Partner with business leaders to optimize regional talent pool composition and resource strategies.
- Support Voice of Client technology transformation initiatives and universe quality enhancement projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Resource Management.
- Proven track record leading and motivating remote teams of independent contractors.
Soft Skills:
- High professionalism in communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong diplomacy, negotiation, influencing, and conflict-management abilities.
- Ability to challenge senior leaders appropriately with sound judgment under tight timelines.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate/Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Exposure to operational excellence, revenue performance, or market analytics projects.
- Familiarity with cross-cultural collaboration and multinational teams.
