    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee team performance across outbound communication channels (chat, email, phone) to maximize operational efficiency.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and targeted feedback to ensure achievement of prospect identification and customer conversion goals.
    • Plan and manage special projects to support seamless team operations.
    • Analyze customer data to determine optimal engagement approaches and improvement strategies.
    • Review and enhance team processes to balance customer satisfaction with operational effectiveness.
    • Develop deep understanding of company policies and services to guide team members in delivering professional customer support.
    • Execute strategic initiatives to support organizational goals and accelerate business growth.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in retail sales or client management roles.
    • Team management or leadership background with proven performance management and coaching abilities.
    • Experience in outbound sales or customer-facing operations.
    • Financial industry experience or personal investment experience demonstrating market understanding.
    • Native Japanese and business-level proficiency in English or Chinese.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strategic thinker capable of creating and implementing effective customer engagement approaches.
    • Strong communicator with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
    • Results-oriented leader with the ability to balance customer experience and operational efficiency.
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English or Chinese: Business-level proficiency

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in fintech, online brokerage, trading platforms, or B2C financial services.
    • Ability to support customer acquisition, retention, and operational scalability.
    • Understanding of trading applications, equity markets, or retail investor behavior.
