Roles/Responsibilities
- Build IT governance frameworks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure consistency in IT governance.
- Draft and maintain IT governance policies.
- Educate and raise awareness about IT governance across the organization.
- Research industry best practices and perform competitive benchmarking.
Required skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT governance framework projects.
- 2+ years of experience in IT governance policy formulation or maintenance.
- Excellent consultation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred skills
- Experience developing IT governance policies using COBIT, ITIL, or ISO standards.
- Leadership experience in IT governance projects.
- Knowledge of governance for public cloud environments.
