    We are seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to drive enterprise-wide data quality initiatives within large, complex environments. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, data analytics, and IT systems, helping global stakeholders establish trusted data foundations that support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping data standards, governance, and insight delivery across international teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and improve end-to-end data quality operating models across enterprise systems
    • Define, implement, and govern data quality standards, metrics, and best practices
    • Partner with application and IT teams to design data strategies, flows, and models
    • Perform data profiling, metadata discovery, and root-cause analysis of data issues
    • Create data quality reports and design documents (including FRDs) and present insights to stakeholders

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 5-10 years of experience in system development, business analysis, or systems analysis roles
    • Strong hands-on expertise with SQL and relational database management
    • Proven experience leading data-focused projects from requirements to delivery
    • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams

    Language Requirements:

    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Intermediate to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience defining and tracking data quality KPIs
    • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, or regulatory frameworks
    • Experience evaluating or implementing data quality tools and technologies
