- Leverage digital learning tools and create blended learning programs to support employee growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training efforts and business priorities.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs using data and feedback.
- Research and adopt global best practices in learning and development to foster innovation.
Required skills
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, e-learning platforms, and training delivery methods.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute leadership and professional development programs.
