Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic shipping operations, including picking, packing, processing retailer orders, and creating shipping labels.
- Handle inquiries regarding non-delivery or tracking and ensure timely resolutions.
- Oversee inventory management and order materials and components as required.
- Provide training and supervision for temporary and part-time employees while ensuring smooth shift operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely product shipments.
- Propose and implement innovative process improvements to enhance workflow and support digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
