    • Develop marketing strategies tailored to partner needs, collaborating across teams such as Sales, Consumer Marketing, and Product.
    • Lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to achieve shared business goals and measure success against KPIs.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner merchants, fostering mutual growth and sustainable collaboration.
    • Execute marketing campaigns utilizing a mix of owned, earned, and paid channels for maximum impact.
    • Act as a stakeholder to influence product development for enhanced customer experiences and business outcomes.
    • Identify opportunities for innovative solutions to address business challenges and improve processes.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful execution.

    Required skills

    • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for partnerships, including managing cross-functional teams.
    • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to build rapport and deliver impactful programs.
    • Proven ability to manage projects independently, demonstrating excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred skills

    • Experience in CRM and familiarity with tools that enhance customer engagement and retention.
    • Understanding of consumer apps, including hands-on experience with similar payment or shopping platforms.
    • Proven track record in creative problem-solving and implementing innovative marketing solutions.
