Seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our client's APAC leadership team. Japanese proficiency is optional.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial due diligence projects for private equity clients, ensuring accurate and insightful analysis.
- Oversee the execution of transaction services, including financial assessments, risk evaluations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry experts.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm's presence in the APAC region/Japan market.
Required skills
- Proven experience in transaction diligence, with a focus on the private equity sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects and teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial statements, valuation, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and clients.
- Experience working in the APAC region or/and Japan market, with a solid network of industry contacts globally.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
