Principal MuleSoft Expert - Lead Enterprise Integrations

As a Principal MuleSoft Expert, you'll architect and implement large-scale integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, enabling secure, cloud-native connectivity across high-volume enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale integrations using MuleSoft for internal and cloud-based systems
- Build secure, identity-driven APIs using OAuth/OIDC with external IDPs
- Collaborate with architecture, development, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and deployment environments
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and security of integrated systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience, including complex DataWeave flows
- Integration experience with high-volume systems (hundreds of thousands of records)
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in setting up secure environments with multiple IDPs and tenant configurations
- Strong knowledge of VPN integration with cloud/on-prem (Azure/AWS)
- CI/CD setup experience for enterprise-grade MuleSoft deployments
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent (required for documentation and cross-team collaboration)
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level preferred
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of enterprise API security and identity management
- Experience working in globally distributed engineering teams
- Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps environments
