Drive strategic product initiatives for patient healthcare, collaborating with physicians, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Serve as a key expert in physician meetings, managing KOL relationships alongside sales representatives.
- Develop and execute product materials, marketing strategies, and training programs to support launches and commercialization.
- Collaborate on crafting regional marketing messages and aligning with regulatory, legal, and business intelligence requirements.
- Manage demand forecasts, product samples, marketing collateral, and approval processes for product launches and campaigns.
- Lead project sections for congress management and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Handle pricing strategies, supply shortage communication, and customer relationship management for quality or supply issues.
Required skills
- 5+ years Product Manager's experience at medical device company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales managers
