- Introduce solutions to SMB merchants across diverse verticals, from prospecting to onboarding
- Exceed monthly sales goals by engaging in high-activity sales efforts
- Approach customer conversations with a consultative mindset to address pain points and provide value
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies
- Inform and execute creative sales strategies, leveraging market insights
- Build trust and relationships through effective communication by email and phone
Required skills
- 1+ years in a closing sales role, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage customers and internal teams
- Interest in supporting SMB merchants and driving business growth
Preferred skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Business development experience, including prospecting and cold calling
