SAP FI Consultant - Lead S - 4HANA Finance Projects | Tokyo

Join a global leader in digital innovation as a Principal SAP Consultant (FI) and take the lead in a full-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation project. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for SAP-based accounting and billing systems
• Translate business requirements into detailed SAP functional specifications
• Oversee data migration from SAP ECC6.0 to S/4HANA with a focus on accuracy and continuity
• Manage integration with internal systems including e-commerce platforms and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Continuously enhance system performance and ensure compliance with global accounting standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI experience, including configuration and customization
• Proven implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA, including In-App and Side-by-Side (BTP) extensions

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with SAP Fiori, API/OData use, and SD/MM integration
• Understanding of Japanese accounting practices and principles

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Fluent

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification and experience with SD, MM, or PLM modules
• Integration experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with data migration tools and project methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)
