Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SCM transformation projects, including sales, supply/demand planning, production, inventory, and logistics optimization.
- Conduct business process analysis, define requirements, and develop strategies for global supply chain improvement.
- Drive PoC (proof of concept), solution selection, and RFP preparation to ensure the successful implementation of SCM systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to align SCM strategies with digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions, presentations, and workshops to drive decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Strong expertise in SCM transformation projects across sales, supply/demand planning, production, inventory, or logistics.
- Proven experience in business process reform, including PoC, solution selection, and RFP preparation.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native (required for client interactions and documentation).
- English: Intermediate to Business level (required for multinational collaboration).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in SCM system implementation or knowledge of leading SCM solutions and emerging technologies.
- Background in supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or global business strategy.
- International project experience or experience working in a multicultural environment.
