Roles/Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with institutional clients throughout Japan and the broader APAC region, focusing on increasing the adoption of proprietary derivatives products.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans tailored to institutional clients, working closely with internal teams.
- Drive initiatives to broaden the customer base and boost trading volumes.
- Deliver targeted derivative solutions to clients, facilitating product transactions and identifying new business opportunities.
Required skills
- 8-12+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the financial services sector, with a focus on derivatives, futures, or options.
- Comprehensive knowledge of exchange-traded products, financial market structures, and related instruments.
- Demonstrated capability to engage in high-level discussions with key industry stakeholders, including asset managers, hedge funds, and proprietary trading entities.
