Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps processes for cloud-based applications and services.
- Lead cloud migration projects, including private-to-public cloud transitions.
- Develop scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7-9 years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes.
- Proven expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus).
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Ruby.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in distributed environments.
Language Requirements
- English: Fluent.
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in large-scale cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in DevOps.
