Senior HR Manager in Global Tech Company!
Roles/Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders in specific functions to support organizational design, succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning, contributing to overall business growth.
- Lead and oversee HR projects, including those related to M&A, taking charge of various aspects and driving the execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
- For candidates with a background in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), assume the role of Compensation Lead, working closely with the global Compensation Team.
- Work closely with both internal and external HR partners, locally and globally, to ensure seamless alignment with organizational objectives and HR initiatives.
Required skills
- Over 15 years of experience in human resources.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Experience working in multinational companies and matrix organizations.
- Business level English required.
Preferred skills
- Experience in a Center of Excellence (COE) within the HR domain (C&B experience is a plus).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including international exposure.
- Experience as a people manager or leading teams and projects as a senior HR professional.
- External networking experience (e.g., with human resources professionals, consultants, vendors, etc.).

- people who can face multiple issues and who have the ability to proactively solve problems.
- As an example: someone who has experience as COE, experienced HRBP at a foreign company, or working as an HR head at a company with fewer than or few hundred employees.It is desirable for candidates to have experience in HR projects during their work.
