A leading global e-commerce and logistics company is seeking a Senior Program Manager to spearhead the transformation of B2B experiences across Japan's complex supply chain landscape. Based in Tokyo, this role will drive operational excellence, localize global strategies, and design scalable logistics programs tailored to business clients in sectors such as government, education, and enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B supply chain improvements through process enhancements, configuration updates, and data backfill initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, Operations, and Fulfillment to execute strategic programs
- Localize global initiatives for the Japanese market while ensuring regional compliance and efficiency
- Lead the redesign of Japan's B2B logistics and delivery model in coordination with global teams
- Design scalable logistics solutions tailored to Japanese customers' geographic and operational needs
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics to improve service quality
- Lead post-launch support and continuous process improvement to maintain program excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of business-related work experience
- 5+ years in Program or Project Management, including opportunity assessment
Education:
Technical & Operational Expertise:
- Strong understanding of supply chain or logistics in B2B environments
Soft Skills:
- Proven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning abilities
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Fluent (verbal and written)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience defining and executing large-scale program requirements
- Master's degree
