Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead key client project engagements within the digital payments sector, managing project lifecycles from planning to execution, with a focus on enhancing client communication and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and direct interaction with clients to gather enhancement requests and manage project timelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
- Establish strong client relationships, acting as the primary liaison to navigate project scopes and deliver innovative payment solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client service by collaborating with internal teams, including Account Management, Product Development, and Marketing.
Required skills
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, integrated business application projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, with excellent organizational and adaptability skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies, with PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- A background in sales strategy or consulting within tech, digital commerce, or payment sector is a plus.
